Exit Survey

Exit surveys are designed to gather important information from departing employees to help identify causes of turnover and strategies to keep talent from leaving. Exit surveys can also help to identify problem areas or pockets within the organisations where turnover tends to be higher.

An organisation can use the information gained from an exit survey to assess what should be improved, changed, or remain intact.
