Employee surveys provide an extremely effective and efficient means of gathering information and data from employees in a safe and anonymous way.
Work Engagement Index (WEI):
Work engagement is the emotional and intellectual involvement that motivates employees to do their best work and contribute to an organisation’s success. The WEI measures employee engagement with their job and workplace.; and identifies key factors that enhance or inhibit employee engagement, and impact their level of satisfaction, motivation, commitment and performance.
Organisational Culture Index (OCI):
Organisational culture is the perception of how it feels to work within a particular organisation, team, or for a specific manager. The OCI provides a ‘snapshot’ of an organisation’s current work culture; and identifies key factors that enhance or inhibit employee morale and performance. Information obtained from the OCI will guide the organisation as to what changes are needed to create a positive high performance work culture that will help to achieve organisational success9.
