Team Roles Inventory
The Team Roles Inventory (TRI) is a 180-degree feedback survey designed to provide feedback to individuals on the key role/s they play within their team, based on the aggregated ratings from their team members, and a self-evaluation. The online tool measures 12 team roles grouped into three clusters: Thinker, Affiliator, and Doer. Note: the aggregate of all team members’ individual results will help to identify roles that are either overly or inadequately being covered. Feedback from the TRI helps individuals (and the team) to gain insight into their key strengths and limitations.
