Team Effectiveness Inventory

The Team Effectiveness Inventory (TEI) is a 180-degree feedback survey designed to provide feedback to individuals on how they personally contribute to the team’s effectiveness, based on the aggregated ratings from their team members, and a self-evaluation. The online tool measures 16 dimensions grouped into four clusters: Interactions, Growth, Operations, and Results. Note: the aggregate of all team members’ individual results provides a measure of total team effectiveness. Feedback from the TEI helps individuals (and the team) to identify areas where they are working effectively, and areas where they are not so that they can take action to improve their capacity to work together with other team members more effectively, efficiently, and cohesively in order to achieve team goals and objectives.


Team Roles Inventory

The Team Roles Inventory (TRI) is a 180-degree feedback survey designed to provide feedback to individuals on the key role/s they play within their team, based on the aggregated ratings from their team members, and a self-evaluation. The online tool measures 12 team roles grouped into three clusters: Thinker, Affiliator, and Doer. Note: the aggregate of all team members’ individual results will help to identify roles that are either overly or inadequately being covered. Feedback from the TRI helps individuals (and the team) to gain insight into their key strengths and limitations.


Conflict-Dialogue Style Inventory

The Conflict-Dialogue Style Inventory (CDSI) is a 180-degree feedback survey designed to provide feedback to individuals on how they communicate and resolve conflict within the team, based on the aggregated ratings from their team members, and a self-evaluation. The online tool measures 15 destructive styles and 15 constructive styles grouped into three clusters: Response to Issues, Openness to Learning, and Approach to Others. Note: the aggregate of all team members’ individual results will help to identify key conflict-dialogue issues within the team. Feedback from the CDSI helps individuals (and the team) understand how their behaviour can help or hinder conflict resolution and the dialogue process, and affect team dynamics.


Myers-Briggs-Type Indicator

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a self-evaluation survey designed to provide feedback to individuals on their personality type. It is based on over 70 years of research worldwide, and is the most widely used personality assessment in the world with more than 2 million assessments administered to individuals annually. The MBTI to commonly used for team building and team conflict resolution purposes. The online tool measures 16 distinctive personality types that result from the interactions of basic preferences across four dichotomies: Extraversion (E) or Introversion (I), Sensing (S) or Intuition (N), Thinking (T) or Feeling (F), and Judging (J) or Perceiving (P). Feedback from the MBTI helps individual’s gain a deeper understanding of themselves and how they interact with others.
