Organisational Culture Survey

The Organisational Culture Survey (OCS) is an employee survey designed to gather confidential and anonymous feedback from employees on their perceptions of the current organisational culture. The survey can be completed online or paper-based, and measures 16 culture dimensions grouped into four clusters (People Oriented, Growth Oriented, Operations Oriented, Results Oriented) and two employee outcomes (Productivity, Morale). Feedback from the OCS helps an organisation gain insight into aspects of the current organisational culture that are positive and contributing to employee productivity and morale, and areas that are negative or toxic that need to be addressed.
Employee Engagement Survey

The Employee Engagement Survey (EES) is an employee survey designed to gather confidential and anonymous feedback from employees on their perceptions of the current organisational climate and level of employee engagement. The survey can be completed online or paper-based, and measures 15 climate dimensions grouped into five clusters (Job, Relationships, Opportunities, Incentives, Well-being), three components of employee engagement (Emotional Attachment, Physical Energy, Cognitive Involvement) and five employee outcomes (Motivation, Satisfaction, Productivity, Attendance, and Intensions to Stay). Feedback from the CEES helps guide the organisation as to what changes are needed to create the ideal work environment to engage employees and enable them to deliver strong outcomes and achieve organisational success.
Exit Survey

The Exit Survey (ES) is an employee survey designed to gather confidential and anonymous feedback from departing employees across a number of organisational factors, including: work conditions, workload, pay and benefits, duties and responsibilities, role clarity, training and development, recognition and praise, career and promotional opportunities, support, and relationships with co-workers, supervisor, and management. The survey can be completed online or paper-based. Feedback from the ES helps an organisation gain insight into the reasons for employees leaving, identify factors that could enhance employee retention, identify systems, processes and/or practices that need to be sustained, improved or removed.
