Work Culture Inventory
The Work Culture Inventory (WCI) is a 180-degree feedback survey designed to provide leaders with feedback from their direct reports, and a self-evaluation, on the work culture that currently exists within their team. The online tool measures 16 work culture dimensions grouped into four clusters: People Oriented, Growth Oriented, Operations Oriented, and Results Oriented. Feedback from the WCI helps leaders gain insight into areas of their team work culture that are positive and contributing to team productivity and morale, and areas that are negative or toxic that need to be addressed.
