Dialogue Style Inventory
The Dialogue Style Inventory (DSI) is a 270 or 360-degree feedback survey designed to provide individuals with feedback from multiple raters (i.e., self, manager, peers, customers; and direct reports if relevant) on their dialogue style. The online tool measures 15 dialogue styles grouped into three clusters: Response to Issues, Openness to Learning, and Approach to Others. Feedback from the DSI helps individuals gain insight into how they communicate and interact with others, and learn how their approach can help or hinder the dialogue process and affect interpersonal relationships.
